Orders are arranged directly
This website provides tree information and inquiry forms. It does not accept payments or complete tree purchases online. Purchases and transportation arrangements are confirmed directly with Coastline Palms.
Delivery timing
Once your order is placed and confirmed, we will provide the transportation schedule and delivery date by email. Contact coastlinepalmtrees@gmail.com to confirm the details for your order.
Do not treat a website inquiry or a general availability estimate as a confirmed delivery appointment.
Confirm the delivery scope
Before ordering, discuss the destination, tree sizes and quantities, access for transport vehicles, unloading arrangements, and any installation or equipment requirements. Confirm the transportation charges and included services in your written order details.
Delivery, unloading, and installation are separate parts of a project unless your confirmed order specifies otherwise.
Schedule changes
If a delivery schedule changes, we will contact you to discuss the revised arrangements. Any cancellation or refund rights required by applicable law remain in effect.
Arrival and inspection
Inspect your trees at delivery and immediately report defects, damage, or an incorrect tree to the driver and your sales contact. See our Refund Policy for the reporting process.
